1.2 Club Preparation Checklist for Launching on IZI.IS

IZI Structure

IZI.PLAY consists of four main components:

  1. Owner CRM (web panel)
    This is the control panel for the club owner. It allows monitoring club operations: tracking revenue, setting rates, and viewing analytics.
  2. Administrator CRM (web panel)
    Used by club administrators. Through it, they start and stop sessions, accept payments, monitor computer usage, and assist clients.
  3. Client PCs with the IZI widget
    Each computer in the club is equipped with a special widget. It automatically starts the session, tracks remaining time, and blocks access after the session ends if the client has not paid for an extension.
  4. Mobile app for clients
    Visitors can reserve a computer in advance, pay for sessions, leave feedback, or contact an administrator — all via their smartphone.

The system can also work with additional devices, such as:

  • gaming consoles (PlayStation, Xbox),
  • televisions,
  • receipt printers,
  • power controllers (sockets, timers, etc.).

Supported Devices

IZI.IS works with the following types of equipment:

  • Administrative PCs
    For accessing the CRM and performing all administrative operations (Google Chrome browser or equivalent).
  • Client PCs
    Operate with the installed IZI widget for automatic session control.
  • Smartphones and tablets (for clients — using the IZI mobile app)
    • Android 8.0+
    • iOS 13.0+

For administrators (CRM, admin panel):

  • OS: Windows 10 / 11
  • Browser: Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 or higher
  • RAM: 4 GB or more
  • Internet: stable connection at 10 Mbps or higher

For client PCs:

  • OS: Windows 10 / 11
  • Processor: Intel Core i3 / AMD FX or higher
  • RAM: 4 GB or more
  • Screen resolution: 1920x1080 or higher
  • Constant internet connection and access to CRM

IZI.IS operates in the cloud — you do not need to install a server or set up complex IT infrastructure. Everything works via the internet, from any location with a connection.

For stable operation, wired internet is recommended — Wi-Fi may be unstable.

Payments in the App and via Club Administrator (CRM)

To enable payments in the mobile app, we use the CloudPayments service. All necessary data for its integration will be requested by an IZI staff member after submitting a connection request for our software.

To operate the cash register with the system (CRM) IZI, it is necessary to purchase a license for additional software to send receipts to the OFD — KKM Server. Detailed information about this software can be found on their official website: https://kkmserver.ru/KkmServer
